Trans-racial Family Resources

Note that the MICAHFund doesn’t formally participate in or sponsor the resources listed here.  They are listed here because some MICAH families have found them useful.

Post-Placement Adoption Support

PROPEL Support Group

PROPEL’s goal is to support, educate and encourage foster and adoptive families.  They have a monthly meeting at NEW HOPE CHURCH - formerly Crystal Free Church in NEW HOPE.  They invite MICAH families to participate.  They have day care, a gym and treats on a monthly basis.  This is a good place to have frank discussions and share your experiences as adoptive parents.
